By using the Rada Connect eSeller App (the “App”), or by clicking “I have completely read and fully agree to the RADA Privacy Policy,” you (“User”) signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes as Rada Mfg. Co. (hereinafter referred to as “Rada” or the “Company”) reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

  • If you choose to upload your contact list, the App will use this data to enable prospecting features, such as inviting contacts to learn about your eSeller business.
  • Your contacts are not shared with third parties or used for purposes beyond supporting your prospecting activities.
• Media and Files:
  • You may upload images, files, and videos to create or customize your profile and to share content with others. These are stored securely and used solely within the App’s intended features.
• User-Generated Content:
  • Any content you post in or shared spaces within the App may be visible to other users. Rada may moderate such content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Personal Information:
  • Information provided during account creation, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and payment details, is used to facilitate membership and transactions.
• Aggregated Data:
  • Non-personal data such as geographical location and usage patterns may be analyzed to improve App functionality and guide business decisions.
